About
Nazia is a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Uncertainty Lab at Lehigh University. Nazia’s research focuses on mathematical and computational modeling of infectious diseases and dynamical systems. Her work involves developing and analyzing mathematical models to understand disease transmission, disease progression, and factors influencing infectious disease dynamics. She uses analytical and numerical approaches to investigate complex biological systems and is interested in integrating mathematical modeling, statistical methods, and computational tools to address public health challenges. Her long-term research goal is to develop interdisciplinary modeling approaches that improve our understanding, prediction, and control of infectious diseases.
